Contact about your data
This site operates under the Równo brand. For renovation enquiries and information submitted through the form, contact the service provider operating the site at: przyjemnyremontalek@gmail.com.
What you provide and why
The form collects your name, email, location, project description and enquiry type. Phone, photos and calculator results are optional. We use this information to contact you, discuss your needs and prepare an individual quote. Enquiries are not used for newsletters or advertising.
Providing information is voluntary. Without contact details we cannot respond. Do not send identity documents, sensitive information or photos of other people without permission to share them.
Legal basis for processing
Discussing an order and preparing a quote are steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). Protecting the form against abuse and keeping the site secure rely on the service provider’s legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)). The checkbox acknowledges this information; it is not marketing consent.
Where your enquiry goes
Enquiries are saved in a private database. Photos are stored separately and are not published in the portfolio. The site operator accesses enquiries through a protected panel.
Cloudflare provides hosting, the database, file storage and spam protection. The database and private file store use European Union jurisdiction. Content delivery and spam protection operate globally; the provider’s processing is explained in its Cloudflare privacy policy and data processing terms.
How long we keep information
Form enquiries and attached photos are automatically deleted after 90 days during daily cleanup. You can request earlier deletion. If a contract is agreed, subsequent documents and correspondence about its performance are handled separately and may have different retention requirements.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing or portability where applicable. You may also object to processing based on legitimate interests. Email the address above and include your enquiry reference if you have one. You may lodge a complaint with the Polish data protection authority: uodo.gov.pl.
Form protection and cookies
We use Cloudflare Turnstile and short-lived attempt counters to limit spam. Your IP address is not stored in the enquiries database; the security counter uses a hash. Cloudflare may process technical data needed to secure the connection.
The site does not use advertising analytics or marketing pixels. A signed-in owner receives an essential panel session cookie valid for up to 8 hours. The calculator needs no personal information and does not make automated decisions about accepting a project.
